📦 Package Handling

• Upon delivery, customers must complete payment before opening the package.
• Inspect your order for visible damage before accepting it.

🔁 Exchange & Refund Policy

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Exchange for the same size and color: Free of charge
• Exchange for a different model or color: 70 EGP
• Returns: Flat fee of 90 EGP, applicable to all payment methods, for items in new, unused condition
• Discounted / Sale items: Exchange only; refunds are not accepted
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Items can also be returned or exchanged at any of our physical stores for added convenience

📦 Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged
• Defective products are eligible for a full refund or exchange — photo evidence is required
• Orders placed using Tier Discounts are eligible for exchange only (same product in a different size); no returns allowed

🛡️ Warranty

• All products are covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects
